Hi! I’m Jennifer. I have over two decades of experience as a full-time, Utah, Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I'm the Owner and Broker at Utah Nest Real Estate.

I work primarily in residential real estate, in Weber, Salt Lake, and Davis Counties, with some in Morgan, Cache, Summit, and Box Elder counties. I also am a Water Rights and Shares Consultant, having earned my EWAU Certification. In 2023, I passed the Utah State Judicial system's required 40-hour law class to become a State Appointed Mediator, and am an expert in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Real Estate Transactions.

I'm a no-nonsense, well-researched, tough-negotiating, contract-loving, straight-talking protector with years of gut instinct and extensive experience that I put to work for my clients. In addition to the hundreds of homes that I have sold successfully, I have navigated everything from short-sales, to REO’s, historic home sales, distressed sales, land sales, development sales, difficult-to-sell homes, relocation companies, water right difficulties, mediations, and much more. Also, I've completed hundreds of BPO's (Broker Price Opinion, which is an appraisal for a bank) so you can be sure that I know how to value your house correctly. 

To date, I've sold 756 Utah bedrooms! 😁 That equates to tens of millions of dollars of Utah real estate sold in the past 22 years.
